Private Care Management

BayPath Elder Services is now offering private care management. The program is designed to provide easy access to eldercare on a private-pay basis for those elders who are not financially eligible for state-supported care. The private care managers have access to the resources and expertise of BayPath, which includes information and referral, a large computerized database of local, state, and national resources, registered nurses, health benefit counselors, money management specialists and much more. Private care managers are seasoned professionals who carry credentials in nursing or social work. All services have the option of being billed on an hourly basis. To receive more information or to refer someone, please contact Monica Alley at 508-872-1866, extension 140.
