 BayPath co-sponsors one congregate housing site along with local housing authorities: William L. Coolidge House in Natick. BayPath also co-sponsors Mission Springs, elderly housing in Holliston, with The Community Builders, Inc. of Boston. Memorial House in Framingham is a Supportive Housing site, sponsored with the Framingham Housing Authority.

Congregate Housing is a unique combination of private apartments and shared living space for older adults. To assist elders in maintaining independent lifestyles, congregate housing provides a social and supportive environment. BayPath offers services which allow residents to live with dignity and comfort in the community. 
Congregate housing offers a place for companionship and privacy, a place where friendship, support, and independence add up to a caring and proud community. It also gives elders peace of mind.
