The mission of the Family Caregiver Support Program is to empower caregivers and elders with information on education, support, and services to enhance their quality of life.
Assisting persons caring for:
An adult at least 60 years of age or a person with Alzheimer's disease of any age
A Grandparent aged 55 or older caring for grandchildren under the age of eighteen
