Crisis Intervention
Reports of elder abuse, financial exploitation, neglect and self-neglect will be taken by Springwell (617-926-4100) for the towns of : Ashland; Dover; Framingham; Holliston; Hopkinton; Natick; Sherborn; Sudbury; and Wayland. Reports of elder abuse, financial exploitation, neglect and self-neglect will be taken by Elder Home Care Services of Worcester area (508-756-1545) for the towns of: Hudson; Marlborough; Northborough; Southborough; and Westborough. With the elder's consent and when necessary, these agencies will intervene to protect the health, safety and legal rights of an older person. The Crisis Intervention team often works with BayPath, and other community agencies, to assure that these complex and sensitive situations are handled in confidence and with compassion.
