Crisis Intervention Services

Reports of elder abuse, financial exploitation, neglect and self-neglect will be taken by Springwell (617-926-4100) and Elder Home Care Services of Worcester area (508-756-1545). With the elder's consent and when necessary, these agencies will intervene to protect the health, safety and legal rights of an older person. The Crisis Intervention team works with other community agencies to assure that these complex and sensitive situations are handled in confidence and with compassion.
