| Constructed in 1866, The William L. Coolidge House is an elegant, three-story
French Second Empire home of the Victorian era. The 18-room house has been
completely renovated, has an elevator, and accommodates both men and women.
The building is also handicap accessible. The William L. Coolidge House
is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Natick, the
town green, churches, shopping, and transportation. A home-cooked meal
is provided once a day Monday through Friday.
Residents have their own private studio apartments that consist of a kitchenette, half bath which is shared with one other person (tub and shower rooms are located on each floor), a bedroom/sitting room combination, and ample closet space. The dining room, living room, kitchen, and shower facilities are also shared. Located on the upper floors are cozy nooks and bright sun rooms. |

A Congregate Coordinator is available three days a week. The coordinator evaluates each resident and arranges for the following services as needed:
