BayPath Elder Services, Inc., is one of 27 non-profit Aging
Service Access Points in Massachusetts designated as an Area Agency
on Aging under the Older Americans Act. The Older Americans Act was first
enacted by the US Congress in 1965 and was reauthorized in November 2000.
