The Protective Services program is dedicated to protecting the health, safety & legal rights of an individual over the age of 60.
How to make a report of abuse or neglect
Elder Services of Worcester Area and Springwell provide protective services for the BayPath coverage area.
A report goes to the Central Intake Unit, and once received, they will pass the report to the agency covering the town the elder currently resides in.
