LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING BAYPATH ELDER SERVICES, INC. AREA AGENCY ON AGING As required by The Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended, BayPath Elder Services will be holding two public hearings for interested parties in order to obtain verbal and/or written comments from the community regarding the proposed Four Year 2006-2009 Area Plan. The Area Plan includes a prioritization of needs, examination of resources available to meet those needs and strategies to develop a comprehensive and coordinated network of services for elders within the fourteen town BayPath area. As one of twenty-two Area Agencies on Aging within Massachusetts, BayPath is responsible, through federal government funding, for the planning and coordination of services for elders 60+ years of age living within the following fourteen town area: Ashland, Dover, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlboro, Natick, Northboro, Sherborn, Southboro, Sudbury, Wayland and Westboro. This represents a Planning and Service Area (PSA) of more than 42,000 persons over 60 years of age. The first public meeting will be held at BayPath Elder Services, 354 Waverley Street, Framingham on Tuesday, November 1, 2005 @ 2:30. The second public meeting will be held at Southborough Senior Center, 9 Cordaville Road, Southborough on Wednesday, November 2, 2005 @ 10:00. Copies of the draft of the Area Plan will be available for your review and comments.
